Homemade 5 -Spice Powder
Ingredients
4 pieces Star-Anise
3 grams (about 2 tsp) Fennel Seeds
3 grams (about 2 tsp) Cloves
3 grams (about 3 tsp) Sichuan Peppercorns
3 grams of Cassia Barks
Method
Dry fry all the ingredients on low heat until fragrant. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Finely pound the spices. Store in an airtight jar.
