Sambal Kicap Manis (Spicy Sweet Soy Sauce)

Ingredients

15 Thai Bird's Eye Chilies, chopped
4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
3 Shallots, peeled & sliced
8 Tbsp Indonesian Sweet Soy Sauce (Kicap Manis)
4 to 5 Kalamansi, juiced

Method

Combine all the ingredients for sauce and season with extra lime juice if needed.
